Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for refund or exchange within 21 days at your expense. The item must be in its original condition including the packaging. A 10% fee to cover various costs may apply.

Custom work is made specifically for the Client and is therefore non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
