Shipping policy

Each piece comes in a custom box and protected for safe transport.

For New Zealand deliveries we use Courier Post - we send signature required packs, so the nominated addressee must sign for a package when it arrives. If no one is home at the time of delivery, a card to call will be left with a tracking number to take to the depot for pick up.

I will email you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.

Shipping within NZ is free. Outside of New Zealand shipping will be an additional cost depending on its destination.
