Celestial

Depicts celestial bodies floating in an endless sky.  I tried to keep the design of the disk as minimal as possible to allow the concept to come across while having exactly equal parts of polished silver and night sky.

A silver disk has been etched out using chemical solvents, filled with a mixture of black and white enamel, and then worked flat. To mount the disk safely I created a frame with tabs , then oxidized the silver to make the disk stand out more.
