Mixing geometry, symbolism and art, this piece explores the harmony of pentagonal symmetry where each small part is a whole in itself while harmonizing with the other parts and to the greater whole. No line is superfluous.
Originally etched, this has been cast in fine silver, then finished with layers of enamel, including counter‑enamel on the reverse to balance the tension of the process.
